Since being with DMK properties I have had a great experience, really fast communication and super quick to solve any maintenance issues!!

I have been a tenant of DMK properties officially since 2020 but they have had a hand in my rental of properties since 2017. In truth, I have had a quite tumultuous history with many rental agents who have drafted insidious deposit reductions, lacklustre maintenance of properties (whilst giving us debilitating lack of control of our property) and also generic rudeness and people who are hard to track down.

This is not the case with DMK: since I started renting from them, working with another rental agency in 2017, I have had one of the best experiences in finding a property that I liked, the agents listening to all our concerns and being upfront and honest the whole way through the process. DMK Properties have been incredibly sympathetic and considerate over the COVID pandemic as well, with very prompt help in maintenance and clear consideration of our worries and problems. If you are a young professional in South Manchester looking for a nice place to rent, there is very little better in my opinion than DMK Properties.

Really lovely landlords, which isn’t always the case with student properties! Since moving into a DMK Properties house, I have only had good experiences! If something breaks or is faulty, they sort it very quickly. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The house was in good condition with new furnishings. I highly recommend renting from DMK. The maintenance on the house has been faultless and any communication with them is always quick and friendly. They’re always easy to get in touch with and keen to help.

Fantastic customer service from the DMK team. I would highly recommend. Very helpful as a landlord. If any issues arose Jackie and Dermot would rectify straight away. I have used their services for a number of years and will continue to do so.

I worked for DMK properties for the last 2 summers, from June to September and I’m doing the same this year throughout the busy student period. As a current student myself, I have learnt so much about student lettings while working here which helped me when choosing a student house to let myself outside of Manchester. DMK are one of the most organised and efficient lettings companies I have come across. All maintenance is dealt with as soon as it comes in, all student enquiries are replied to within the day and every tenant I came across last year and so far this year have been pleased with their experience at DMK properties. Highly recommend for any student looking to let a house.

Just renewed my contract with DMK Properties, I have been with DMK for almost 4 years in a number of different properties and there is absolutely no way I will be switching to anyone else! I still have another 2 years on my contract with my employer and I will remain with DMK for the duration.

The combination of Dermot, Anne, Craig and John make renting a property as simple, efficient and cost effective as possible! An extremely friendly team, great craic when you call in, even if it is to report a problem. Any issues I have had over my time, which have always been minor, are dealt with and sorted ASAP!

They are truly a lovely bunch and the kind who will take the time with you! With DMK you are a name and a customer not the number of the property you rent. A company with personality and the property portfolio to match!

I rented a flat at Heaton Gardens in Heaton Moor as a professional for one year. It was a great flat with any maintenance issues being dealt with in a timely manner. DMK properties were an excellent landlord.

I’ve been renting with DMK for the last two years and they’ve been fantastic. All of the team are extremely friendly and helpful, and super quick to respond to any issues with the property. Easily the best landlord I’ve dealt with in 15 years of renting!

The whole team is really lovely. They are prompt at replying to emails and sorting any maintenance issues that may arise. Always provide plenty of notice regarding maintenance visits. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to friends.

The house I’m living in is well-maintained and in case I need to have something repaired I just e-mail the landlord and it’s usually sorted within a day or two.

The landlords have been nothing but helpful with the slightest problem and very understanding. The property is very well furnished and the rooms are all clean and decent sized. Would recommend renting with them to anyone!!

We chose to go with DMK before we had even decided on a house. We got shown round a property by Jackie who was clearly a nice person and had our best interest at heart and wanted to make our time there enjoyable. On multiple occasions she (and the rest of DMK) went the extra mile for us during the year by fixing odd things quickly, giving us furniture for outside during summer, and even getting us some pizza and drinks to compensate us when we had to deal with a very minor issue. We have rented 4 houses up to date, with 4 different letting agencies and by far DMK are the best we have had. Happy renting!
